We are looking for a well-organised team member in the BMW Nordic Sales office to support Dealers on the phone and through email with product supply, specification and price related questions.
You will take responsibility for running and improving the sales office support function, delivering the great customer service levels expected by the premium BMW and MINI brands. Excellent PC and MS Office skills, especially Excel, are essential.
In addition to Swedish and English, you may also be able to speak other Northern European languages.
A typical day
You will be based at BMW’s state-of-the-art offices in Stockholm and join a winning team of committed automotive specialists.
Dealers from across the region will see you as the go-to person for support with vehicle ordering, invoicing and delivery requests. Expect to be challenged as Dealers seek your guidance with vehicle specifications and pricing enquiries.
You will manage everything that drives the accurate, on-time delivery of BMW and MINI vehicles to Dealers, including working with logistic partners across the supply chain.
You will be responsible for ensuring BMW systems are up to date with product and price profiles, and support Sales Operations with ordering, logistics and various customer service assignments.
