As one of Europe’s largest providers of specialist automotive expertise, AMS has around 100 employees in 30 markets. We are now growing our BMW support team in Sweden with a temporary assignment, initially for a ten month duration.

We are looking for a super-organised team member in the BMW Group Corporate Sales office to support customers and Dealers with fleet and business sales.
You will take responsibility for running and improving the corporate sales administrative function, delivering the great customer service levels expected by the premium BMW brand. Excellent PC and MS Office skills, especially Excel, are essential.
As a native Swedish speaker, you will also need to speak and write in English, and you may also be able to speak other Northern European languages.
A typical day
You will be based at BMW’s state-of-the-art offices in Stockholm and join a winning team of committed automotive specialists.
You will be responsible for organising and maintaining the corporate sales processes and systems, and analysing the order flow in order to provide information to other stakeholders in the business.
Corporate customers and Dealers from across the region will see you as the go-to person for support with fleet and business orders. Expect to be challenged as Dealers seek your guidance with vehicle specification and pricing enquiries.
You will manage everything that drives the accurate, on-time delivery of BMW fleet orders to Dealers, including working with partners across the supply chain. You will be responsible for ensuring BMW systems are up to date with product and price profiles, and support other
departments with business sales.
